Welcome to PickShow (the Site). These terms describe your rights and responsibilities when browsing products, signing in, voting and submitting products. Please read them before using these services. If you disagree, stop using the relevant services.

1. Our services

The Site introduces digital products and provides showcases, external links, voting and product submissions. Introductions are for information and reference, not purchasing advice or guarantees of third-party quality, suitability or availability. Prices, features and availability are determined by the provider’s latest information.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require Google sign-in. You must be authorized to use the account and keep your account and devices secure. Do not impersonate others, share accounts to manipulate votes or bypass access restrictions. If you discover unauthorized use, secure your Google account and sign out of the Site.

You must be eligible under applicable law. Minors should use the services with a guardian’s consent and guidance.

3. Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, malicious or misleading content.
Do not use fake accounts, automated requests or other abuse to manipulate votes, submit spam or disrupt services.
Do not access accounts or systems without authorization, probe private data, distribute malware or evade security measures.
Respect the intellectual property and other lawful rights of the Site and third parties.

4. Your submissions

Ensure submitted information is accurate and that you hold the rights needed to submit and display its text, images, trademarks and links. Do not include personal information or trade secrets you do not want made public.

You retain your existing rights and grant the Site a non-exclusive license to use, copy, format and publish your submission for review, editing, display and promotion of the product. This license is limited to what is necessary to operate the Site and introduce the product.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, display time or exposure. The Site may review submissions, request more information, or reject, modify or remove content that does not comply with these terms.

5. Site content and third-party services

Original writing, design and other Site content are protected by intellectual property law. Third-party names, logos, screenshots and materials belong to their rights holders. Display does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply when you follow links, purchase products or sign in with Google. The Site is not a party to your transactions with third parties and cannot control their services.

6. Privacy and personal information

7. Service changes and restrictions

The Site may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, operational or other reasons. If conduct violates these terms or threatens users or Site security, we may restrict features, remove content or suspend account access, explaining why where appropriate and feasible.

8. Scope of responsibility

We reasonably maintain the services but cannot guarantee complete and accurate content or uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided as available. Evaluate third-party products and information independently for your needs.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or affect mandatory consumer or other rights.

We may update these terms as services change and show the update date here. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes to user rights or obligations and obtain separate consent where required by law.
